Refund and Returns Policy

Please contact BMTC USA before returning any item. An unauthorized return may be refused. Proof of purchase and prior return authorization are required.

Final-sale items

Firearms, serialized receivers, ammunition, suppressors and other NFA items, custom products, special orders and clearance items are final sale unless BMTC shipped an incorrect item or the item arrived damaged or defective. A manufacturer’s warranty may apply to a defective product.

Eligible merchandise returns

Other unopened and unused merchandise in its original packaging may be requested for return within 30 days of delivery. Approval is required. Approved discretionary returns and processed cancellations may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer pays return shipping unless BMTC shipped the wrong item or confirms that the item arrived damaged.

Firearm and transfer denials

If a background check is denied, a customer is ineligible or a transfer cannot be completed, the firearm remains with the receiving FFL. The customer must work with BMTC and the receiving dealer on authorized disposition. Original shipping, return shipping, dealer transfer fees and an applicable restocking fee may be deducted from any approved refund. BMTC does not reimburse fees charged by another dealer.

Damaged, incorrect or missing orders

Inspect the package promptly. Report visible damage, an incorrect item or a missing item to BMTC within 48 hours of delivery and retain the item, shipping carton, labels and all packaging. Photographs may be required. Do not transfer or use a firearm believed to be damaged or incorrect.

Cancellations

Request cancellation before an order enters processing. Once an order is processed, allocated, special-ordered or shipped, cancellation may be unavailable or subject to shipping, supplier and restocking charges.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank or card processing times vary. Shipping, transfer, special-order and other nonrefundable charges are not returned unless required by law or caused by a confirmed BMTC error.
