BMTC USA maintains separate policies for shipping and merchandise returns. Please review both policies before placing an order.

Shipping Policy

Firearms and serialized receivers ship only to a valid receiving Federal Firearms Licensee. Suppressors and other NFA items move only through authorized FFL/SOT channels and applicable approval procedures. Processing times, restricted destinations and magazine-capacity shipping controls are detailed in our Shipping Policy.

Refund and Returns Policy

Firearms, serialized receivers, ammunition, suppressors and other NFA items, custom products, special orders and clearance items are final sale except in the circumstances stated in our policy. Return authorization is required. Review the complete Refund and Returns Policy.
