Do firearms ship directly to me?

No. Firearms and serialized receivers ship only to a valid receiving Federal Firearms Licensee selected by the customer. The receiving dealer completes the required identification, background check, waiting period and transfer.

Can I pick up an order at BMTC USA?

Yes. Local pickup is available by appointment at 4828 Windy Hammock Way, Palmetto, Florida 34221. Business hours are 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. Please call 941-518-0624 before arriving.

What are BMTC’s transfer fees?

Firearm transfers are $5 for firearms purchased through BMTC and $20 for firearms purchased elsewhere. Form 4 transfers are $5 for suppressors purchased through BMTC and $50 for suppressors purchased elsewhere. There is no additional-firearm fee.

How are suppressors and NFA items transferred?

Suppressors and other NFA items move only through properly authorized FFL/SOT channels and are not released until all required approvals are complete.

How long does order processing take?

In-stock orders normally require 2–5 business days for processing. Custom work, special orders, supplier delays, payment review, receiving-FFL verification and legal-compliance review may require additional time.

What is the return policy?

Return authorization is required. Firearms, serialized receivers, ammunition, suppressors and other NFA items, custom products, special orders and clearance items are final sale except as stated in the Refund and Returns Policy. Other unopened, unused merchandise may be eligible for an approved return within 30 days.

Does BMTC have destination restrictions?

Yes. BMTC applies firearm and magazine shipping controls based on destination. Review the Restricted States and Locations page and complete Shipping Policy.

What services does BMTC offer?

BMTC offers custom firearm builds, gunsmithing, Cerakote, hydrographics, optic installation and boresighting, live-fire zeroing, load development, FFL transfers and suppressor services.
