BMTC USA provides custom load development focused on repeatable point of impact, consistency and real-world performance.

Before load development begins, each rifle is evaluated as a complete system. This allows BMTC USA to identify visible mechanical, mounting or optic concerns that could affect testing and performance.

We then evaluate carefully selected components and controlled variables to identify a load that provides stable, predictable performance for the customer’s specific rifle and intended application.

Whether the goal is precision shooting, hunting or dependable field performance, our process is designed to provide confidence behind the rifle—not simply one impressive group on paper.

Every rifle is different. Two rifles of the same model and caliber may perform differently with the same ammunition.

BMTC USA develops and evaluates each load for the customer’s individual rifle. Testing may examine accuracy, consistency, velocity, function and other relevant performance factors based on the firearm and project requirements.

The final development process is performed at a distance of 100 yards under recorded range conditions.

At the completion of the project, the customer receives a documented load-development package that includes:

• The selected load-development data
• Component information relevant to the final tested load
• Targets from the actual 100-yard testing
• Recorded group and performance results
• Testing date and time
• Temperature, humidity and wind conditions
• General weather conditions
• GPS location of the testing site
• Testing distance of 100 yards
• Relevant observations from the evaluation

Customers who choose to reload for themselves will receive the applicable development data for the selected load.

Actual performance can vary based on component lots, loading practices, firearm condition, maintenance and environmental conditions. The documented results represent the rifle, components and conditions evaluated during BMTC USA’s testing.

After a load has been developed, BMTC USA may provide ongoing custom reloading services using the established specification.

We retain the approved load information and component selections so future ammunition can be produced with the same purpose and attention to consistency as the original development process.

Custom reloading is available to existing load-development customers, subject to component availability and project requirements.
