Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern use of bmtcusa.com and purchases, transfers and services provided by BMTC USA (“BMTC,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using this website, submitting an order or checking the agreement box at checkout, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund and Returns Policy and Shipping Policy.
Eligibility and lawful use
You must be of the legal age and otherwise legally eligible to purchase, possess and receive every item ordered. You are responsible for confirming all federal, state and local requirements at your residence, billing address, shipping address and receiving dealer location. BMTC may request identification, receiving FFL information or other documentation and may refuse or cancel a transaction when legality or compliance cannot be verified.
Products, pricing and orders
Product descriptions, photographs, availability and prices may change without notice. We work to keep information accurate, but typographical, supplier and inventory errors may occur. An order confirmation is not acceptance of an order. BMTC may correct an error, limit quantities, request additional verification, place an order on compliance hold or cancel and refund an order.
Payment processing may be provided by Authorize.net and related service providers. Orders may be subject to fraud screening, address verification and other security reviews.
Firearms, receivers and regulated items
Firearms and serialized receivers are shipped only to a valid Federal Firearms Licensee selected by the customer. The receiving dealer completes all required identification, background-check, waiting-period and transfer procedures. Customers are responsible for providing correct dealer information and paying the receiving dealer’s fees.
Suppressors and other National Firearms Act items are transferred only through properly authorized FFL/SOT channels and only after every required approval. No regulated item will be released before approval. A delay, denial or failure to complete a transfer does not require BMTC to waive shipping, transfer, return or restocking charges.
Restricted locations and magazine capacity
BMTC will not ship an item where prohibited and may apply a business restriction that is more conservative than a jurisdiction’s minimum legal requirement. Customers and receiving dealers must confirm local legality. The current restricted-location rules are provided in our Shipping Policy and are incorporated into these Terms.
Cancellations, returns and warranties
Cancellation requests must be received before processing. Firearms, ammunition, suppressors and NFA items, custom products, special orders and clearance items are final sale except when defective, damaged or incorrect as described in our Refund and Returns Policy. Other approved discretionary returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Manufacturer warranties apply unless BMTC provides a separate written warranty.
Services and performance
Gunsmithing, optic, load-development and other service outcomes depend on the firearm, components, ammunition, condition and agreed scope. Any estimate is based on information available at the time and may change if additional work or parts are required. Test results document the particular equipment and conditions evaluated and do not guarantee identical future performance.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, BMTC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of this website, carrier delays, improper installation or use, unlawful possession, third-party products, a receiving dealer’s actions or a customer’s failure to follow applicable law or manufacturer instructions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law and changes
Florida law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any action must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Manatee County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise. We may update these Terms by posting a revised effective date.
