Official Promotion Framework

These terms govern the BMTC Six-Month Launch Promotion Series. Each monthly drawing is a separate promotion. A monthly prize announcement and entry form may add prize-specific terms; if a prize-specific term conflicts with this framework, the more restrictive lawful term controls.

1. Sponsor

BMTC, LLC, 4828 Windy Hammock Way, Palmetto, Florida 34221 (“Sponsor”). Questions may be directed to info@bmtcusa.com or 941-518-0624.

2. Promotion period

The series is planned to run for six consecutive monthly promotion periods. Month One begins September 15, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends October 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. No later monthly drawing is open until its exact start time, end time, time zone, prize description, approximate retail value (“ARV”) and official entry form are displayed on this page. Entries received outside an active monthly period are void. Sponsor’s server is the official timekeeping device.

3. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 21 years old at entry and who may lawfully acquire and possess the offered prize. Employees, officers, agents and immediate-family or household members of Sponsor and its promotion vendors are not eligible. Additional jurisdiction or product restrictions may apply to a particular monthly prize.

4. How to enter

During an active monthly period, complete and submit the official free online entry form shown on this page. Limit one entry per eligible person and email address per monthly drawing unless the monthly announcement expressly allows additional free methods. Automated, bulk, duplicate, fraudulent, incomplete, purchased or third-party entries are void. Newsletter subscription, social-media following and purchase are not conditions of entry.

5. Prizes and value

The Month One prize is one new black Beretta APX A1 Carry semiautomatic pistol chambered in 9mm, with an approximate retail value of $329.99. Each later prize and its ARV will be disclosed before its monthly drawing opens. The aggregate announced ARV of prizes offered under this series will not exceed $5,000 unless Sponsor first completes any registration, filing, trust-account, bond or other requirement applicable to a higher-value promotion. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the announced prize becomes unavailable or cannot lawfully be transferred.

6. Winner selection and notification

For Month One, one potential winner will be selected at random on or about October 16, 2026 from eligible entries received. For each later monthly drawing, one potential winner will be selected at random after its active period closes. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries. Sponsor will contact the potential winner using the submitted information. The potential winner must respond within five calendar days and may be required to provide proof of age, identity, residency and eligibility, complete affidavits/releases, and pass all legally required checks. Failure to respond or qualify permits selection of an alternate.

7. Firearm and regulated-item transfers

No firearm, suppressor or other regulated item will be delivered directly in violation of law. Any firearm prize must be transferred through a federally licensed firearms dealer selected or approved by Sponsor and is subject to ATF Form 4473, NICS or applicable state background-check procedures, waiting periods, age limits, identification requirements and all federal, state and local restrictions. Any NFA-regulated prize requires the applicable ATF approval and transfer process before possession. A winner who cannot lawfully receive the prize will be disqualified or may receive a lawful substitute at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor will not encourage, facilitate or complete an unlawful transfer.

8. Costs and taxes

For the Month One Beretta APX A1 Carry Giveaway, Sponsor will provide free insured shipping of the firearm to the winner’s receiving federally licensed firearms dealer within the 50 United States or District of Columbia. The winner is responsible for any fee charged by the receiving dealer, any legally required governmental fees, and all applicable federal, state and local taxes arising from the prize. Sponsor will state the shipping and transfer terms separately for each later monthly prize.

9. Conduct and administration

Sponsor may disqualify an entrant who tampers with the promotion, violates these rules, uses multiple identities or entries, acts fraudulently, or threatens the fair operation of a drawing. Sponsor may suspend, cancel or modify a monthly drawing before winner selection if fraud, technical failure, legal change, force majeure or another event beyond reasonable control prevents fair administration, subject to applicable law. Sponsor will award every prize properly offered unless legally prevented from doing so.

10. Publicity, privacy and releases

Entry information will be handled under the BMTC Privacy Policy and used to administer the promotion. Marketing email will be sent only with separate consent. Where lawful, acceptance permits Sponsor to publish the winner’s first name, last initial, city and state for winner verification and promotion publicity without additional compensation. Entrants release Sponsor and its vendors from claims arising from participation or prize use, except where prohibited or for liability that cannot lawfully be waived.

11. Platform disclaimer

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, Hostinger, WooCommerce, Beretta or any prize manufacturer unless a monthly announcement expressly states otherwise. Entrants release those platforms and unaffiliated manufacturers from responsibility for the promotion.

12. Disputes and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, these rules are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought individually in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Manatee County, Florida; class or representative proceedings are waived where enforceable. Nothing in these rules eliminates rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

13. Winners list and records

For a winners list, email info@bmtcusa.com with “BMTC Promotion Winners” in the subject line within 90 days after the relevant drawing closes. Sponsor will retain winning entries and records for the period required by applicable law.
