Restricted States and Locations
Effective September 8, 2026
BMTC ships only when the transaction and destination can be verified as lawful. Customers are responsible for confirming current federal, state and local restrictions before ordering. Laws change, local rules may be stricter and BMTC may cancel an order when compliance cannot be verified.
Restricted AR-platform firearm destinations
As a conservative business policy, BMTC does not ship AR-platform firearms or serialized AR receivers to California, Connecticut, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island or Washington.
Colorado orders involving covered semiautomatic firearms require special compliance review under current state permitting and training requirements. Colorado is not a categorical BMTC no-ship state, but an order may be held or cancelled when compliance cannot be verified.
