Suppressor Purchases & Silencer Shop Transfers

BMTC USA assists eligible customers with lawful suppressor purchases and Form 4 transfers in Palmetto, Florida. Customers can purchase suppressors directly through BMTC or arrange to have an eligible suppressor purchased elsewhere transferred to our location.

Suppressor and Form 4 Fees

• Suppressor purchased through BMTC USA: $5 Form 4 transfer fee
• Suppressor purchased from another dealer: $50 Form 4 transfer fee
• Storage after an approved suppressor is ready for pickup: $3 per day after 10 days

Please contact BMTC USA before purchasing or shipping a suppressor to our location. We will confirm the transfer details, provide the required dealer information and explain the next steps.

Silencer Shop Services

BMTC USA is expanding its Silencer Shop services. Our direct Silencer Shop purchasing link and kiosk availability will be added as they become available.

Customers interested in using Silencer Shop should contact BMTC before placing an order so we can confirm the current process and transfer information.

The Suppressor Transfer Process

1. Contact BMTC USA before making your purchase.
2. Select an eligible suppressor through BMTC USA or an approved seller.
3. Complete the required information, fingerprints, photographs and electronic paperwork through the applicable process.
4. Submit the required application and payment to the appropriate government agency.
5. Wait for the required approval.
6. After approval and notification from BMTC USA, schedule an appointment to complete the pickup process.

Processing and approval times are controlled by the appropriate government agencies. BMTC USA cannot guarantee approval or processing time.
